Contemporary Gate is a collision of everything I find visually exciting. The traditional Jaipur door becomes the entry point, but what lies beyond it is anything but traditional. Pop art, circus imagery, lion art, carpet art and layered rugs all fight for attention, yet somehow hold the frame together.
The elephant becomes the centre of this chaos, carrying the weight of history while everything around it keeps moving forward. A vintage carriage sits beside a modern car. A train cuts through the composition. A basketball court appears on a carpet. A watch hangs against an ornate wall. Each object comes from a different visual language, but together they create one strange, playful world.
