LA VACANZA ESTIVA
Ricordando il caldo caldo estivo. Dopo una partita di cricket serale ero solito passeggiare al mercato locale per prendere un sacchetto di patatine, maggie o bibite fredde. Nella foga del momento tutto ciò che potevo vedere era la mia fame, sete e sudore. Ero solito seguire questo schema in ogni pausa estiva, ma in mezzo a quell'odore del mercato locale la cosa che mi saltava sempre all'occhio era il frigorifero della Coca-Cola. Qualcosa che saltava sempre fuori. Era il marchio? O era la temperatura a cui tenevano le bibite? Un oggetto così appagante da vedere. Un posto particolare in cui non sento la temperatura, ma solo la vista di questo frigorifero compenserebbe il caldo insopportabile. Io
Ho creato questa composizione ricordando le vacanze estive della mia infanzia. Un ambiente in cui tutto sembrava divertente senza nemmeno rendersene conto in modo specifico.
